I'm a Brooklyn-born US Army Airborne Infantry Veteran who craved outdoor experiences from the moment I returned home from service. My wife, also a Brooklyn native, did not share that same desire - and even feared it.

 

It became my mission to create adventures close to home where she could learn to feel comfortable with the outdoors and, ultimately, crave it too! We are now a family of three - plus our beloved dog, who never misses a family outing. And now I have the opportunity to spark that same desire in my daughter.
